It looks really confusing for me, I'll need some more explanation. I honestly have a hard enough time just balancing my stuff now. But, maybe it is easier than I think.
I think there are some great concepts there, but it honestly would not work for me at this point. I don't track my calories per say, I just journal everything I eat. For me it is more portion control, better choices" Diet" ( I don' like calling it a diet, because I hope these are true lifestyle changes!) I do like the tally sheet for exercising and water,and communicating better. For someone just starting out, I think this would be a great tool in " learning " how to eat right and adding that physical activity, but I really do think that everyone is doing REALLY good in achieving that. Of course, we could all do better, but most of us are trying, right?
AS far as communication goes, I feel feel it's difficult to connect one on one with so many blogs. has anyone thought of perhaps a message board? I was going to look into that today. We could all comment as a GROUP, rather than a comment here and there. I just think it's something to look into. Of course, we would still keep our blogs though!!!

I don;t really know what I am doing, but it will be private! I will need those with some HTML experience ( Melissa and Tammy? ) to help me with administartion stuff..I am clueless.
